Delivery Method

• Products are delivered digitally through an access link or downloadable file.
• Delivery occurs automatically after successful payment through Razorpay.
• The email used during checkout is where the download or access link is sent.

Delivery Time

• Digital delivery is instant in most cases.
• If high server load occurs, delivery may take up to 10 minutes.

Shipping Charges

There are no shipping or handling charges because the product is digital.

Non-Receipt of Product

If you have made a successful payment and have not received your access link:

• Check Spam, Promotions, and Updates folders.
• Search for your payment confirmation email.

If still not received, contact support for re-delivery.

Re-Delivery Policy

• Re-delivery of the digital product is provided free of cost.
• Re-delivery is only sent to the same email used during purchase.
• No alternate email delivery is permitted for security and verification reasons.
